Referral model
Walnut Creek Yard Drainage is an independent website that connects homeowners with local drainage contractors. We are not a contractor; contractors may pay us for project requests. We don't endorse or guarantee any contractor. Verify any license at cslb.ca.gov.
Costs
Cost ranges on this site come from the published sources linked beside them (including Cardona Construction, HomeGuide, HomeGuide drainage systems and Angi), read in October 2026. They are planning ranges. Your contractor sets the actual price after seeing the site, and it can be lower or higher.
Not engineering, geotechnical or legal advice
Nothing here diagnoses slope stability or guarantees that drainage will prevent flooding, erosion or ground movement. If you see signs of ground movement, consult a licensed geotechnical engineer and your city or the County. Questions about water flowing to or from a neighbor's property are legal matters; consult an attorney.
Local rules
Permit, tree and HOA rules summarized here come from official sources at the time of writing and can change. Confirm requirements for your address with the agency named.
